Returns & Refunds policy

At FLAVRIQ, each report is created specifically using the information submitted by the customer. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Nature of the Service

FLAVRIQ provides custom restaurant intelligence reports based on user-submitted data, including menu details, customer reviews, and optional sales data.
Each report is generated uniquely for a specific restaurant and cannot be reused or resold.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the custom and data-driven nature of our services:

  • All sales are final once an order is placed and payment is completed

  • Refunds are not offered after payment confirmation

  • This policy applies to all FLAVRIQ services, including Menu Intelligence and Revenue Intelligence

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

3. Before Analysis Begins

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, the service is considered confirmed.
Refund requests submitted after payment completion are not eligible, regardless of whether analysis has started.

Customers are encouraged to review service details and ask questions before placing an order.

4. Data Responsibility

FLAVRIQ is not responsible for:

  • Incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data provided by the customer

  • Results affected by poor data quality or missing information

  • Business outcomes influenced by factors outside the submitted data

Refunds will not be issued for issues related to data quality or limitations.

5. Delivery Timelines

Reports are typically delivered within 24–48 hours after all required data is submitted.
Delays caused by missing, incorrect, or incomplete data do not qualify for refunds.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Any chargebacks or payment disputes initiated after an order is placed and payment is completed are considered a violation of this policy.
FLAVRIQ reserves the right to submit relevant documentation to payment processors to contest such disputes.

7. Changes to This Policy

FLAVRIQ may update this Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
